All ki-crowdfunding.com users must read this document carefully and accept every aspect of this document. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason without notice or liability. Our services may not be used by individuals below the age of 18.
Rules
The users must obey and comply with all applicable laws associated with the use of our service. Further, you agree not to involve us in any litigation that arises as a result of your use of our service. We may refuse or revoke the service to any user for any reason without notice and liability.
As an organizer (an individual/organization that registers an account for service), you agree to be bound by this entire agreement including the following terms:
a) The funds obtained through our website will be used solely for the cause/purpose mentioned in the materials posted by you
b) You will not hold us liable for any tax or legal obligations for the obtained funds
c) We charge Rs.5000 (Rupees five thousand only) per campaign for 90 days of display on our website, we also charge a flat fee of 5% on the amount that we collect. Also, there is an additional charge of 4% as processing fees.
d) Special campaigns, like social causes, natural disasters, serious health issues, etc.. or any campaigns sponsered by Krossroads India will not be charged the above mentioned fees except any amount pertaining to your campaign which is denied, refused, or charged back by the Donater/Contributor or the Payment Service Providers will be deducted from the final payment. All charges are subject to change.
As a donor/Contributor (an individual/organization that donates funds), you agree to be bound by this entire agreement including the following terms:
a) The company cannot review all the content posted on the website and cannot guarantee the truthfulness of the information posted by the users. You will not hold us liable for any misrepresentations of facts.
b) We will not be held responsible for any causes/campaigns/offers that turn out to be fraudulent or do not meet your expectations
c) We will have no obligation to refund the amount paid by you
Prohibited Activities
The users agree NOT to use our service to commit any unlawful activities or submit content:
a) That infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or violates any law
b) That is false, inaccurate, threatening, misleading, harassing, fraudulent, obscene, abusive or defamatory
c) That promotes hate, violence or racial intolerance
d) That contains software viruses, malware or links
e) That contains unsolicited promotional material or any junk mail or spam
f) That supports matrix programs, pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
g) That relates to sale of i) drugs, narcotics or controlled substances ii) adult goods and services iii) Body Parts iv) Illegal, offensive or regulated goods v) Alcohol or Tobacco products vi) weapons, firearms or ammunition

The services offered on this website may permit the users to provide links to other websites or resources on the internet. These links and websites are not under our control and we shall not be held responsible or liable for the content or any other aspect of these websites or resources.
